Everyone in this world needs a mentor. Someone to encourage her. Someone to motivate her. Someone to correct her. Someone to give her a hope for a better tomorrow.
Am honored to have a mentor that has shown me the way to fly. To believe in myself. To do things for myself no matter how difficult they seem sometimes.
When am stuck, I call my mentor and all I say is “I need your help and guidance ” He never seems to be tired of my inquiries. That keeps me going.
This has taught me the importance of mentoring others. I go out of my way to make sure other young people are able to realize their Full potential. The love listening to me just like I do as well. We share, we laugh, we learn and at the end of the day, they tell me how happy they feel around.
I help them to see the bright side of their lives and to address the negative energy. I love mentoring because I have been mentored. You too can mentor someone and contribute towards building a strong force that will make this world a better place.
